La TAI Modern de Santa Fe s’associe avec la galerie newyorkaise pour présenter une sélection d’œuvres contemporaines et historiques de cinquante talentueux artistes.
Some of this show’s highlights include masterworks by seldom seen artists Ito Nobukata and Ishikawa Shoun, an early large scale sculpture by Yako Hodo, a rare double banded sculpture by Torii Ippo, and brand new styles from popular sculptors Nagakura Kenichi and Kawashima Shigeo. Works from the famous Tanabe Chikuunsai and Hayakawa Shokosai lineages will be included, as well as examples of work by all six of the bamboo artists to be named Living National Treasures.
